SB 1001Insurance Companies, Agents, Brokers, Policies - As introduced, removes an obsolete reference to January 1, 2010, as the date by which group health plans and health insurance issuers were required to begin providing electronic health insurance claims data for state residents to the commissioner of commerce and insurance or a designated entity authorized by the commissioner each month. - Amends TCA Title 8; Title 56; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.
