SB 1162Education, Dept. of - As introduced, requires the department to develop or approve a policy allowing for the retake of a TCAP test, including each end-of-course assessment, if the administration of one or more of the state-mandated TCAP tests is interrupted due to an act of God or other circumstance beyond the control of the school. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 6.
