SB 1375Sewage - As introduced, decreases from 60 to 45 days, the amount of time the executive director of the board of commissioners of a water and wastewater treatment authority has to annually prepare the operating budget of the authority and submit the budget to the board for approval prior to the beginning of the fiscal year. - Amends TCA Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 65; Title 68 and Title 69.
