SB 1882Financial Responsibility Law - As introduced, changes the amount of time that proof of financial responsibility must be maintained from the period of the suspension or revocation to one year or the period of the suspension or revocation, whichever is longer, when a person's driver license or motor vehicle registration has been suspended or revoked because of the person's failure to furnish proof of financial responsibility. - Amends TCA Section 55-12-126.
