SB 1967Education - As introduced, requires local education agencies and public charter schools to provide all high school students, instead of only high school seniors, the opportunity to take a nationally recognized career readiness assessment; requires the board of regents to establish a framework for institutions governed by the board to provide transcribable credit to students who earned a credential on a nationally recognized career readiness assessment in high school that may be applied toward the student's attainment of a postsecondary degree. - Amends TCA Title 49.
