SB 2202Local Education Agencies - As introduced, changes the timing of when an LEA must file with the local education insurance committee any changes in health benefits offered under a local insurance plan from at least 30 days prior to the effective date of the changes to at least 40 days prior. - Amends TCA Title 8.
