SB 2655Personal Property - As introduced, extends from 10 to 100 years the initial statutory period of the postmortem right to commercial exploitation of a deceased individual's property rights in such individual's name, photograph, voice, or likeness by an executor, assignee, heir, or devisee. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 3; Title 47, Chapter 25 and Title 47, Chapter 18.
