SB 2677Tort Liability and Reform - As introduced, establishes a cause of action through which a person who suffers injury, death, or property damage caused by the negligent action of an agent of the federal government engaged in an immigration enforcement action may file a suit against the federal agency to recover compensatory damages and reasonable attorney's fees and costs of bringing the action; requires the person to file a claim within one year of the cause of action accruing. - Amends TCA Title 28 and Title 29.
