Sec. 3. (a) A civilian cyber corps volunteer or civilian cyber corps adviser is not an agent, employee, or independent contractor of the state of Indiana for any purpose and has no authority to bind the state of Indiana with regard to third parties. (b) The state of Indiana is not liable to a civilian cyber corps volunteer or civilian cyber corps adviser for personal injury or property damage suffered by the civilian cyber corps volunteer or civilian cyber corps adviser through participation in the civilian cyber corps.
