Sec. 11. (a) The department shall do the following: (1) Keep a record of the commission's proceedings. (2) Make a quarterly report for public use that includes the following: (A) A detailed account of the expenditures of the department to administer this chapter. (B) A summary that includes: (i) a statement of all contracts let; (ii) the name of the person to whom the contracts were let; and (iii) the amount of each contract. (b) The report required under subsection (a) must be filed with the state comptroller. (c) Reports created and filed under this section are public records.
