Chapter 5.5. Regional Jails

Sec. 1. The following definitions apply throughout this chapter: (1) "Regional jail" means a correctional facility (as defined in IC 5-1.2-2-11) for which a regional jail agreement has been entered into under section 2 of this chapter. (2) "Regional jail agreement" means an agreement described in section 2(a) of this chapter.
