Chapter 10. Community and Home Options to Institutional Care for the Elderly and Disabled Program

Sec. 13. One (1) or more representatives of the area agencies on aging shall appear at each regularly scheduled meeting of the community and home options to institutional care for the elderly and disabled board established by IC 12-10-11-1 and report on the progress of the program.
