Chapter 13. Long Term Care Ombudsman Program

Sec. 4.5. As used in this chapter, "ombudsman" means an individual or entity designated by the state ombudsman to investigate and resolve local complaints and concerns regarding the health, safety, welfare, or rights of residents.
