Chapter 21. Yellow Dot Motor Vehicle Medical Information Program

Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, "program participant" means an individual who acts in accordance with section 8 of this chapter. The term includes: (1) the operator of a motor vehicle; and (2) a passenger of a motor vehicle.
