Chapter 13. Statewide Waiver Ombudsman

Sec. 14. The ombudsman shall report: (1) annually; or (2) upon request; to the interim study committee on public health, behavioral health, and human services established by IC 2-5-1.3-4 in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.
