IC 12-14-2-0.5 — "Essential person" defined

Sec. 0.5. As used in this chapter, "essential person" means a person other than a parent who: (1) is the relative of a dependent child; (2) cares for the dependent child; and (3) complies with IC 12-14-1-1.
