Chapter 2. Temporary Assistance for Needy Families; Granting of Assistance

Sec. 16. If an investigation discloses that a child is a dependent child and the child is living or will live with at least one (1) of the relatives prescribed in IC 12-7-2.1-114, assistance may be allowed for the support of the child without complying with an Indiana law other than this article.
