Sec. 14.6. (a) The office of the secretary shall, in partnership and collaboration with a home health services association and providers of home health services, develop a new reimbursement methodology for home health services and, not later than November 30, 2026, submit the new reimbursement methodology for home health services to the legislative council in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6. (b) This section expires December 31, 2027.
