Chapter 4. Regulation of Child Care Centers

Sec. 15. (a) The division shall do the following: (1) Make annual onsite inspections. (2) Keep written records of the monitoring activities and inspections. (b) The department of homeland security shall perform inspections of child care centers in accordance with IC 22-14-2-11.
