Chapter 8. Legal Residence as Condition for Receipt of Township Assistance

Sec. 1. For purposes of this chapter, an individual is a "resident" of a township or county if the individual: (1) has located in the township or county; and (2) intends to make the township or county the individual's sole place of residence.
