Chapter 21. Physician Medication Assisted Treatment Training Reimbursement Pilot Program

Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "waiver training" refers to an eight (8) hour training program required under the federal Drug Addiction Treatment Act of 2000 for a qualified physician to prescribe schedule III, IV, and V controlled substances in settings other than an opioid treatment program for the treatment of opioid use disorders.
