Chapter 8.1. Treatment and Probation Following Criminal Conviction

Sec. 11. (a) Failure of an individual placed on probation and under the treatment supervision of the division to observe the requirements set down by the division constitutes a violation of a condition of probation. (b) A failure shall be reported by the division to the probation officer in charge of the individual and treated in accordance with IC 35-38-2-3.
