Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "reasonable means of communication" includes the following rights: (1) To be visited at reasonable times. (2) To send and receive sealed mail. (3) To have access to a reasonable amount of letter writing materials and postage. (4) To place and receive telephone calls at the patient's own expense.
