Sec. 141. (a) "Employed", "employee", "employment", or "employs", for purposes of IC 12-17.2-3.5, has the meaning set forth in IC 12-17.2-3.5-1.3. (b) "Employee", for purposes of IC 12-23-23, has the meaning set forth in IC 12-23-23-1.
