Sec. 178. "Holocaust victim's settlement payment" has the meaning set forth in IC 12-14-18-1.7 for purposes of the following: (1) IC 12-10-6. (2) IC 12-14-2. (3) IC 12-14-18. (4) IC 12-14-19. (5) IC 12-15-2. (6) IC 12-15-3. (7) IC 12-16-3.5. (8) IC 12-20-5.5.
