Sec. 196. (a) "Individual with a disability", for purposes of IC 12-12-8, has the meaning set forth in IC 12-12-8-3.4. (b) "Individual with a disability", for purposes of IC 12-10-10, has the meaning set forth in IC 12-10-10-3.
