Sec. 251. "Physician services" means the following: (1) For purposes of IC 12-15-11, the meaning set forth in IC 12-15-11-1. (2) For purposes of IC 12-15-12, services provided by an individual licensed under IC 25-22.5 while engaged in the practice of medicine (as defined in IC 25-22.5-1-1.1(a)).
