Sec. 89. "Council" means the following: (1) For purposes of IC 12-9-4, the meaning set forth in IC 12-9-4-1. (2) For purposes of IC 12-12-8, the meaning set forth in IC 12-12-8-2.5. (3) For purposes of IC 12-13-4, the meaning set forth in IC 12-13-4-1. (4) For purposes of IC 12-12.7-2, the meaning set forth in IC 12-12.7-2-2. (5) For purposes of IC 12-21-4, the meaning set forth in IC 12-21-4-1.
