Sec. 132. "Municipal permit", for purposes of IC 13-18-20, refers to a NPDES permit issued to any of the following: (1) A publicly owned treatment works (as defined in 33 U.S.C. 1292(2)) that is not state owned. (2) A conservancy district (as defined in IC 14-8-2-72(3)). (3) A regional water, sewage, and solid waste district.
