Chapter 6. Retailer Responsibilities

Sec. 2. The requirement in section 1 of this chapter may be met by retailers: (1) by providing to households the department's contact information or website address; and (2) if the retailer sells through catalogs or the Internet, by including the information in a prominent location in the retailer's catalog or on the retailer's website.
