Chapter 2. Voluntary Compliance Fund

Sec. 1. The voluntary compliance fund is established for the purpose of providing money for the following: (1) Starting, operating, and staffing the office of voluntary compliance established by IC 13-28-1-1. (2) Costs of voluntary compliance programs established under this article.
