Sec. 1. This chapter applies to applications for licenses under the following: (1) IC 14-26-2 (lake preservation). (2) IC 14-26-5 (lowering of Ten Acre Lake). (3) IC 14-27 (levees, dams, and drainage). (4) IC 14-28-1 (flood control). (5) IC 14-29-1 (permanent structures along Lake Michigan only). (6) IC 14-29-3 (sand and gravel permits). (7) IC 14-29-4 (construction of channels).
