Chapter 6. River Basin Commission Administration

Sec. 1. For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions apply: (1) "Commission" refers to a river basin commission established by section 2 of this chapter. (2) "Participating county" refers to a county that: (A) joins a commission under section 4 of this chapter; and (B) has territory within the commission.
