IC 14-30.5-1-3 — "Designated watershed"

Sec. 3. "Designated watershed" means the watershed: (1) within which a watershed development commission may exercise the powers conferred by this article; and (2) after which a watershed development commission is named under IC 14-30.5-2-3(c).
