Chapter 3. Ginseng

Sec. 12. The department may carry out scientific research on ginseng to determine the following: (1) The distribution and abundance of ginseng throughout Indiana. (2) The effects of current and future harvesting and cultivation practices on the survival of ginseng in Indiana.
