Chapter 16.5. Dissolution of Smaller District and Assumption of Operations, Obligations, and Assets by Larger District

Sec. 1. This chapter applies to any two (2) conservancy districts that: (1) are contiguous; and (2) share at least one (1) common purpose set forth in IC 14-33-1-1.
