Sec. 12.5. "Corrective action" means action: (1) taken by the owner or operator of a permitted Class VI carbon dioxide injection well; and (2) approved by the director; to ensure that a carbon dioxide injection well within the area of review does not serve as conduits for the movement of fluids into underground sources of drinking water.
