Sec. 12.5. The department may require, by written notice on a well by well basis, a storage operator to: (1) establish and maintain records; (2) make reports; (3) conduct monitoring; and (4) provide any other information required by the department; to determine whether the storage operator acted, or is acting, in compliance with the Safe Drinking Water Act or other requirements of the department.
