Sec. 208. "Political subdivision" has the following meaning: (1) For purposes of IC 14-12-1, the meaning set forth in IC 14-12-1-2. (2) For purposes of IC 14-13-2, the meaning set forth in IC 36-1-2-13. (3) For purposes of IC 14-32-8, the meaning set forth in IC 14-32-8-2.
