Sec. 24. "Board" has the following meaning: (1) For purposes of IC 14-27-6, the meaning set forth in IC 14-27-6-2. (2) For purposes of IC 14-32, the soil conservation board established by IC 14-32-2-1. (3) For purposes of IC 14-33, the board of directors of a conservancy district.
