Sec. 245. "River" has the following meaning: (1) For purposes of IC 14-26-3, the meaning set forth in IC 14-26-3-2. (2) For purposes of IC 14-29-6, the meaning set forth in IC 14-29-6-3. (3) For purposes of IC 14-29-7, the meaning set forth in IC 14-29-7-2. (4) For purposes of IC 14-32-7-12, the meaning set forth in IC 14-32-7-12.
