Sec. 257. "Significant water withdrawal facility" has the following meaning: (1) For purposes of IC 14-25-5, the meaning set forth in IC 14-25-5-5. (2) For purposes of IC 14-25-7-15, the meaning set forth in IC 14-25-7-15.
