Sec. 320. "Wildlife" has the following meaning: (1) For purposes of IC 14-22, except as provided in subdivision (2), means all wild birds, fish, crustaceans, mollusks, amphibians, reptiles, and mammals. (2) For purposes of IC 14-22-34, the meaning set forth in IC 14-22-34-6.
