Sec. 32.5. (a) Any agricultural seed that remains in the inventory of a distributor after the germination test has expired must be removed from sale or relabeled. The new germination and hard seed claim, if applicable, along with the new germination test date updated on the original label in a manner: (1) that is clearly legible; and (2) in which the old data is completely covered or obliterated. (b) The person upon whose premises the seed is located is responsible for obtaining the new test and for subsequent relabeling of the seed.
