Sec. 26. (a) The state chemist may remove a voting member of the board for cause before the expiration of the member's term. (b) Vacancies created by the death, resignation, or removal for cause of a member of the board must be filled in the manner prescribed for appointment to that board position. Vacancies must be filled not later than thirty (30) days after the death, resignation, or removal for cause.
