Chapter 2.5. Distributors and Users of Fertilizer Material

Sec. 2. Fertilizer material used for hire on the property of another person for purposes of producing an agricultural crop must be used by: (1) an individual who has a valid commercial applicator license; or (2) an individual who: (A) is a trained employee; and (B) is operating under the supervision of a certified applicator.
