Chapter 4. Pesticides

Sec. 60. Section 59(4) of this chapter does not apply to pesticides used in research by: (1) the United States Department of Agriculture; (2) the United States Department of Interior; (3) the Purdue University agricultural research programs; or (4) other persons who are qualified researchers as approved by the board.
