Sec. 317. (a) "Representative", for purposes of IC 16-36-1, has the meaning set forth in IC 16-36-1-2. (b) "Representative", for purposes of IC 16-36-5, has the meaning set forth in IC 16-36-5-9. (c) "Representative", for purposes of IC 16-36-6, has the meaning set forth in IC 16-36-6-6.
