Sec. 374. (a) "Wholesaler", for purposes of IC 16-42-11, has the meaning set forth in IC 16-42-11-1.1. (b) "Wholesaler", for purposes of IC 16-42-19 and IC 16-42-21, has the meaning set forth in IC 16-42-19-10. (c) "Wholesaler", for purposes of IC 16-41-32, has the meaning set forth in IC 16-41-32-13.
