Chapter 14. Communicable Disease: Testing of Semen Used in Artificial Insemination for Communicable and Sexually Transmitted Diseases

Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, "practitioner" means a person who: (1) performs donor insemination; or (2) receives, processes, or stores semen intended for donor insemination.
